What's Segmental Dysfunction?
Segmental dysfunction can lead to structural degeneration, which can have detrimental effects...
What a vehicle has an alignment problem, what do we expect the tire to do? The tires where unevenly or wear faster than normal.
Nervous System Interference
When spinal structure degenerates, it increases the pressure on the nerve, which interferes with the nerve signals. Nervous system interference is no different than a traffic jam. When there is a traffic jam, your commute is slow and drivers become aggravated trying to get to their destination.
The job of the nervous system is to transmit messages from the brain to the body and vice versa. Just like traffic jams, the brain is a hard time communicating with the tissues, muscles, organs, and glands. This obstruction prevents the body from functioning at it's best.
Nervous system interference and less-than-optimum function results in numerous SECONDARY CONDITIONS such as neck pain, mid back pain, low back pain, sciatica, knee pain, foot pain, shoulder pain, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, and reduced function to our organs which can lead to asthma, high blood pressure, heartburn, IBS, constipation, bedwetting, ear infections, infertility, colic...
